Freight & Shipping

Large items ship via freight carrier. Please inspect your delivery before signing. If damage is present, document it with photos immediately and note it on the delivery receipt — this is required to file a carrier claim. Contact us at contact.phoscraft@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

For private shipping inquiries, do not complete your order online. Email contact.phoscraft@gmail.com directly to arrange.
